- Shipping & Delivery
- The total shipping for your order is calculated on checkout. The shipping prices are calculated as follows:
- 1 item : £4.95 (This is a promotional rate, subject to change back to standard rate of £8.50)
- 2 items : £10.00
- 3 or more items : £12.50
- This website does not ship outside of the UK. Please contact us here if you wish to place an order from outside the UK.
- Due to the fact that the majority of our items are personalised for each customer, please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time. Any items within our "Personalised Pottery" category may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please contact us if you require the goods for a specific date. Piggy Banks should arrive within 1 week, but can be delayed during busy times.

- Please be assured your details are safe with us. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, unless specifically required to do so by law. Please read our full privacy policy for more information.
- Returns & Replacements
- Piggery Pottery operates a full, no-quibble Returns Policy. If you don't like what you've bought, simply return to us post-paid with the receipt we sent you, plus details of your reason for return. This needs to be done within 7 days from delivery date. All goods and packaging must be returned in the condition which they were supplied. We will refund the full value of the goods immediately, or exchange if preferred. Please note the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded but in the event of the goods being faulty or a damage claim is supported, we will also refund monies to cover return shipping costs. Refunds will normally be made by cheque.
- You are entitled to a full refund within 7 working days from delivery date.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised goods unless they are damaged, faulty, or not as described. Please contact us with any questions prior to returning your product.
- Ordering
- Ordering with Piggery Pottery is easy!
- Simply click on "Add to Cart" on any items you wish to purchase. You will then see your "Shopping Bag" with the item inside. Should you wish to purchase more items, click on "Continue Shopping", otherwise click on "Checkout.
- You will then be taken through the checkout process where you will be able to either buy as a guest, or to create an account(hint: account holders may recieve discounts in the future!).
- You will need to fill in accurate billing and delivery details, so we can make sure you get the item.
- You then select your payment method, and pay for your item(s). Thats it! Just wait for your item to be made and delivered!

- Viewing Orders
- If you create an account with us, you can login to view your orders by clicking on the "My Account" button at the top of the site.
- Updating Account Information
- You may update your account information by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the site, and then clicking on Edit Account.
